Went for a quiet drink last Sunday at the Triple Crown in San Francisco. Ended up meeting Ms. Cookie Dough, the Grand Duchess of San Francisco. Funny evening indeed.
Braved the first snow storm of the year to head over the hill and work with Facebook at their Palo Alto HQ for the Financial Times Magazine in London. What an awesome place. It was kind of like my college dorms except worth a lot more money.
I also got to work with Sam Altman, the CEO/co-founder of Loopt. 25, super nice guy and just generally headed in the right direction. Really enjoyed meeting him.

His ongoing series on Joseph, a man who has lived his entire 81+ year life in East London is charming, whitty, funny and honest. A real joy to be part of. Plus his dog images are awesome.
